Nothing is metered
Credits are the unit Orcyx will meter its own hosted features in - cloud transcription, hosted prompt enhancement and realtime voice. Those hosted features are not introduced yet, so there is nothing to meter: no plan includes credits, there are no credit packs to buy, and the desktop app shows no balance. We may introduce them in future, and this page will say so, with the rules, before anything is metered.
What is never metered
Everything Orcyx does today runs on your own machine or through your own provider account:
- Command-line agent turns, including whole swarms of them.
- Local transcription models running on your hardware.
- Terminals, files, editors and browser panes.
- Local tool servers.
- Any provider you bring your own key for - you pay that provider directly, and Orcyx adds no markup to it.
The money-back guarantee
Every plan carries a seven-day money-back guarantee. Ask within seven days of your first charge and you get the money back. Refunds are processed by hand, so allow a few working days.
When the guarantee is applied we refund that first charge and end paid access. That is the whole of it - there is no fine print underneath.
